Manpower officials at Quantico are looking for huHundreds of junior enlisted Marines who are nearing the end of their enlistment term are needed now in fiscal 2016 to fill active-reserve billets in the Active Reserve.

To be eligible for the AR Program, active-component Marines must be within six months of their end of active service date, be eligible for re-enlistment and serve in one of the specified MOSs.
Marines can apply for a lateral move to clinch an AR billet or a bonus, but those moves are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis, depending based on service needs.
