Let\u2019s take a look at some results of our guest satisfaction surveys from the last 10 fiscal years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Each year, our guest satisfaction scores have continued to improve, from a 3.79 (in FY 2012) to a score of 4.36 (FY 2022) \u2013 out of a 5-point rating.<\/li><li>In the last year, \u2013out of more than 23K responses, over 61% of the guests staying at IHG Army Hotel brands responded with a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.<\/li><li>In the last 10 years for IHG Army Hotels, our surveys have yielded nearly 300K pieces of post-stay feedback.<\/li><li>The survey\u2019s open-ended feedback for Fiscal 2021, yielded 79.7% positive guest comments about the staff \u2013 expressing highly positive comments about their friendliness, empathy, courtesy and helpfulness.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1201\" height=\"792\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/MT2_Graph.jpg.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-107513\" srcset=\"https:\/\/one.sightlinemg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/MT2_Graph.jpg.jpg 1201w, https:\/\/one.sightlinemg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/MT2_Graph.jpg.jpg?resize=300,198 300w, https:\/\/one.sightlinemg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/MT2_Graph.jpg.jpg?resize=768,506 768w, https:\/\/one.sightlinemg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/MT2_Graph.jpg.jpg?resize=1024,675 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1201px) 100vw, 1201px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our guest satisfaction surveys are collected and processed by Medallia, a third-party expert on customer experience management. Guests with a valid email address are sent an invitation to participate in the survey after checking out (thus confirming that the stay was valid). <b>Any guest may be potentially* eligible to receive a post stay satisfaction survey.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you receive a guest satisfaction survey after your stay, please let us know how we did! The survey takes less than 5 minutes to complete, and your feedback is invaluable. We not only encourage your reviews; we embrace them! We celebrate positive feedback with our staff and work as a team to find a solution if the feedback isn\u2019t up to our standards.
