Gogo, 44, agreed to plead guilty to conspiracy to commit theft of government property, which carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He agreed to testify in the case, and federal prosecutors agreed to ask the court for a lesser sentence for accepting responsibility. They also agreed to drop theft and trespassing charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gogo, Dino D.J. Grajo, Jessie J.C. Reyes and Jessie T. Quichocho were arrested on suspicion of theft of government property, conspiracy to commit theft and trespassing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A fifth defendant in the case, Junior Cruz Reyes, in July agreed to plead guilty to theft of government property and is scheduled to be sentenced next month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Gogo&#8217;s plea agreement, Gogo and four associates in October or November 2012 agreed to steal government property.
