Leadership from across the force<\/span> and subject matter experts from across the force are meeting now through\u00a0Jan. 14 at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia, to integrate streamline <\/span>strategy across information operations, cyberspace, communications and intelligence as part of a new Marine Corps Information Warfare Task Force activated Dec. 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The task force, dedicated to institutionalizing information warfare within the Marine Corps,\u00a0was announced Nov. 25 <\/span>as a standing organization at Quantico dedicated to institutionalizing information warfare within the Marine Corps<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0by Marine administrative message 596\/15<\/a>, released\u00a0Nov. 25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n One of its primary tasks is to recommend ways in which for <\/span>Marine air-ground task force commanders can to <\/span>“sense, respond, adapt, and command and control his forces while manipulating the enemy\u2019s situational awareness and denying him the ability to command and control his forces,” the message states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
