McMaster spoke about North Korea Friday during a White House briefing about the upcoming U.N. General Assembly meeting next week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One former top Trump adviser has said the U.S. is bluffing when it threatens military force against North Korea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McMaster says North Korea is on track to having a nuclear weapon that could threaten its neighbors and the United States. McMaster said the U.S. has \u201crun out of road.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McMaster says recently imposed U.N. sanctions on North Korea are just taking effect.
