Marine veteran Annika Hutsler wasn\u2019t even sure she was going to the Lakers-Pacers basketball game on Monday until the morning of the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When a friend reached out the night before asking if she wanted his extra ticket, Hutsler, who lives in Los Angeles, initially said no. Despite being an athlete who competes in adaptive sports at an elite level, Hutsler said she isn\u2019t a fan of mainstream sports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAnd then that morning, I\u2019m like, \u2018You know what? I might as well go. What else am I going to do, sit at home?\u2019\u201d she told Marine Corps Times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It turns out sitting at the game as an mere bystander wasn\u2019t in Hutsler\u2019s cards either. By drinking beer out of her prosthetic leg while featured on the jumbotron, drawing huge cheers from the crowd, she became the official \u201cFan of the Game.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
