What\u2019s to say, for those individuals, that such reptiles have not also infiltrated the ranks of the military? Lizard people would be <i>cold blooded<\/i> killers in combat, after all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bad puns aside, a military enthusiast and artist named Nick Brown has taken that concept to heart by reimagining various units with troops as actual lizard people. The result? An elite array of commandos known as \u201cLizard Force.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1156\" height=\"754\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Screenshot-2023-08-01-at-10.51.34-AM.png.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-107569\" srcset=\"https:\/\/one.sightlinemg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Screenshot-2023-08-01-at-10.51.34-AM.png.png 1156w, https:\/\/one.sightlinemg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Screenshot-2023-08-01-at-10.51.34-AM.png.png?resize=300,196 300w, https:\/\/one.sightlinemg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Screenshot-2023-08-01-at-10.51.34-AM.png.png?resize=768,501 768w, https:\/\/one.sightlinemg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Screenshot-2023-08-01-at-10.51.34-AM.png.png?resize=1024,668 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1156px) 100vw, 1156px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLizard Force began around eight years ago as an experiment with lighting miniature models,\u201d Brown told Military Times. \u201cInitially, it was a way for me to test lighting techniques without relying on real people as subjects. Over time, it transformed into a project where I used dioramas and miniature models to tell stories through my photography.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But first, Brown felt there needed to be a back story for a unit the <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/lizard_force\" target=\"_blank\">Lizard Force Twitter bio<\/a> calls an \u201cElite Dino-Humanoid Taskforce [of] highly-trained warriors with small arms expertise.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe origin of Lizard Force remains a mystery, but there are rumors that it was a government experiment to create the ultimate warriors by merging human and dinosaur DNA,\u201d Brown said. \u201cAllegedly, the experiment went awry.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instead of augmenting military capabilities \u2014 namely, eating their enemies \u2014 the Lizard Force grew an insatiable desire to consume everyone &#8230; but not raw. However, he has explored some merchandise and is looking forward to potentially showcasing his dioramas in person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIt started out as simply a fun way of combining my interests in photography and the military,\u201d he noted. \u201cIt\u2019s pretty amazing that this project that was just intended to make me and my friends laugh has now evolved into something bigger. I find it incredibly rewarding to get messages from people all around the world who are enjoying my content and want to find out more about
