The FBI said  November 16 that it is investigating the case of a woman who fell into the ocean from a cruise ship sailing near the coast of Cuba. Kaylyn Rose Sommer, 24, fell overboard November 12 evening from the Norwegian Pearl, a Norwegian Cruise Line ship. The ship was packed with young people as it hosted a non-stop live-music party featuring electro-pop performers.
