recently made the decision to expand their N4 barrel lineup to include the increasingly popular 12.5&#8243; length.\u00a0 A few years back we were talking to John and he made the comment that if he could only have one barrel length in an AR15\/ M4, it would be a 12.5&#8243;.\u00a0 He explained that the drop in velocity from the standard 14.5&#8243; barrel wasn&#8217;t that much, but that the portability and overall handling of the weapon was substantially increased, all while retaining reliability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click the picture for more images and information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Note the 12.5&#8243; GPR shown in the images is wearing the AAC 18 tooth flash suppressor.\u00a0 The Noveske 12.5&#8243; GPR comes with the 51 tooth AAC rapid attachment muzzle device for use with their cans, but since the can I use most often is the AAC SCAR Light suppressor, mine is a bit different.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve got no doubt you could swap your muzzle device for the can of your choice.\u00a0\u00a0 You probably noticed this model comes with the Noveske Switchblock, which does a nice job of eliminating blow back when using a can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Below are the specs from <a href=\"http:\/\/noveskerifleworks.com\/\">Noveske Rifleworks<\/a>.\u00a0 This is available as an upper, or complete weapon, and is offered in multiple configurations to include stock handguards or the Vltor VIS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.5&#8243; Cold Hammer Forged 5.56mm Barrel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;Made of Mil Spec M249 Machine Gun barrel steel, with heavy M249 Chrome Lining,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(appx. 2 times as thick as an M4 or M16)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;Extended Feed Ramps<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;MP HP tested with certification<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;1 in 7&#8243; twist<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;Mil Spec Phosphate finish<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;Carbine length
