They are scheduled for sentencing Sept. 24.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assistant U.S. Attorney Jay Golden said Holden and Gardner repeatedly failed to report the submission of false and fraudulent invoices by employees related to the construction of hulls on Navy and Coast Guard vessels. The investigation resulted in a $1 million loss to the government and led to the firing of more than 20 Ingalls employees, including Holden and
