Mark Milley and Marine Corps Commandant Gen. Robert Neller, have publicly pushed for more urban-focused efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Chinese military strategist Sun Tzu foresaw the issues that are involved in city fighting.
