Escalona said in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/usao-ndal\/pr\/army-reservist-pleads-guilty-defrauding-department-defense\" target=\"_blank\">release<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Barton faces a maximum prison term of up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His sentencing hearing is scheduled for May 2.
