Fall<\/a> pleaded guilty to the charge on April 12 as part of a plea agreement, and the military judge reduced his rank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fall was assigned to Walter Reed National Medical Center at the time of the incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fall\u2019s civilian attorney, Antoinette Quinn O\u2019Neill, did not respond to requests for comment this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A New Jersey native, Fall enlisted in 1993 and was promoted to master chief in 2017, according to his service record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He reported to Walter Reed in 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\t<aside class=\"smg-interstitial-link wp-block-smg-interstitial-link\">\n\t\t<a
