Bruh, we got it. Standing in a damn bomb crater? Yessir. Five other unusual locations? We have those as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please keep the unusual\/fun reenlistment pics coming. He says he was on the guided-missile destroyer Spruance in 2016 when a sailor opted to reenlist via helo and sent us this pic from the Spruance\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo?fbid=10207249346731794&#038;set=gm.1028651323923636\" target=_blank>Facebook page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI don\u2019t know the official name of the phone set, we just call it \u2018red phone,\u2019\u201d Dressler said. \u201cIf you look closely you can see the re-enlistee in the helo with her right hand up next to the open door.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"451\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/dressler.png.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-56460\" srcset=\"https:\/\/one.sightlinemg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/dressler.png.png 640w, https:\/\/one.sightlinemg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/dressler.png.png?resize=300,211 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Robert Dressler shared this photo of a helo reenlistment aboard the warship Spruance in 2016. Jessica Leiby, a civil engineer corps officer, sent us this photo of her October 2019 promotion ceremony under da sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It took place near Fish Eye Park in Guam, and Lt. Andrew Harmon in a beach cave at an undisclosed location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI\u2019m so proud of this Soldier and I\u2019m glad he is sticking around for a while longer,\u201d Harmon wrote on social media. \u201cYes, I used a prompt card. No, I\u2019m not that short.
