\u25a0 At a general court-martial in Washington, D.C., an O-4 was tried for abusive sexual contacts. On July 3, the panel of members returned a verdict of not guilty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25a0 At a general court-martial in Washington, D.C., CS2 Terrell White was tried for false official statement, assault consummated by a battery, damaging property, adultery and aggravated sexual assault. On July 25, the panel of members returned a verdict of guilty to all charges and sentenced him to be discharged with a dishonorable discharge and confinement for one year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25a0 At a special court-martial in Washington, D.C., HN Julie B. Walling pleaded guilty to conspiracy and wrongfully distributing cocaine. On July 29, the military judge sentenced her to be discharged with a bad conduct discharge and confinement for 90 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Navy Region Mid-Atlantic<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25a0 At a general court-martial in Norfolk, Virginia, CS3 Justin M. Mohead was tried for rape and sexual assault. On July 11, the panel of members returned a verdict of guilty to all charges and sentenced him to be discharged with a bad conduct discharge and confinement for three years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25a0 At a general court-martial in Groton, Connecticut, ET2 Mark A. Miears pleaded guilty to production and possession of child pornography and an indecent act. On July 30, the military judge sentenced him to be discharged with a dishonorable discharge and confinement for 24 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25a0 At a general court-martial in Norfolk, Virginia, AME2 James R. Rich was tried for sexual abuse of a child. On July 31, the panel of members returned a verdict of guilty to all charges and sentenced him to be discharged with a dishonorable discharge and confinement for seven years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25a0 At a special court-martial in Groton, Connecticut, SN Joshua Wall was tried for larceny and conspiracy to commit larceny. On July 2, the military judge returned a verdict of guilty to larceny and sentenced him to restriction for 45 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25a0 At a special court-martial in Rota, Spain, an E-7 was tried for sexual harassment and cruelty. On July 23, the panel of members returned a verdict of not guilty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25a0 At a special court-martial in Norfolk, Virginia, HM2 Dimengo Smith pleaded guilty to assault consummated by a battery. On July 25, the military judge sentenced him to reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, forfeit $1,000 per month for six months and confinement for six months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25a0 At a special court-martial in Norfolk, Virginia, IT1 Jefferson N. Youngblood was tried for sexual harassment and abusive sexual contacts. On July 25, the panel of members returned a verdict of guilty for sexual harassment. The panel of members sentenced him to a reprimand, forfeit $1,212 per month for two months, and confinement for 60 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At a special court-martial in Norfolk, Virginia, CS2 Katherine Kim pleaded guilty to unauthorized absence and possession and use of spice. On July 31, the military judge sentenced her to forfeit $2,034.90 per month for seven months, reduction in rank to paygrade E-3, and confinement for 210 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Navy Region Southeast<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25a0 At a general court-martial in Jacksonville, Florida, AWVC Michael J. Esparza pleaded guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon. On July 17, the panel of members sentenced him to a reprimand and reduction in rank to paygrade E-6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25a0 At a general court-martial in Pensacola, Florida, ABH2 Ogarry L. Clarke was tried for sexual assaults of a child. On July 23, the military judge returned a verdict of guilty for one specification of sexual assault of a child and sentenced him to be discharged with a dishonorable discharge and confinement for seven years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25a0 At a special court-martial in Mayport, Florida, GM2 Themie G. Burdette pleaded guilty to larceny and selling U.S. military property. On July 3, the military judge sentenced him to be discharged with a bad conduct discharge, reduction in rank to paygrade E-3, and confinement for 30 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Navy Region Midwest<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25a0 At a special court-martial in Great Lakes, Illinois, MMFN Cordell J. Barcus pleaded guilty to unauthorized absences from his unit, failing to obey a lawful order, wrongful use of marijuana and wrongful distribution of cocaine. On July 17, the military judge returned a verdict of guilty on all charges and sentenced him to be discharged with a bad conduct discharge, reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, and confinement for 6 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Navy Region Northwest<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25a0 At a general court-martial in Bremerton, Washington, AOAA Robert M. Mitchell pleaded guilty to aggravated assaults and assaults consummated by a battery of a child. On July 21, the military judge sentenced him to be discharged with a dishonorable discharge, reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, and confinement for eight years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On June 19, the panel of members returned a verdict of guilty to aggravated sexual assault, abusive sexual contact and adultery. On July 8, the members sentenced him to be discharged with a dishonorable discharge and confinement for 8 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On July 2, the military judge sentenced him to be discharged with a bad conduct discharge, reduction in rank to paygrade E-1 and confinement for 30 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On July 3, the military judge sentenced him to reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, forfeit $1000 per month for two months and confinement for 60 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25a0 At a special court-martial in San Diego, BM2 Byron McCray pleaded guilty to failure to obey a lawful general regulation and drunken operation of vehicle. On July 30, the military judge sentenced him to reduction in rank to paygrade E-4, a fine of $1,000 and confinement for 80 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Burge pleaded guilty to wrongful possession of drug paraphernalia, wrongful possession of a controlled substance and breaking restriction. On July 21, the military judge sentenced him to reduction in rank to paygrade E-1 and confinement for 120 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25a0 At a special court-martial in Lemoore, California, CTI3 Jacob Taylor pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual contact. On July 31, the military judge sentenced him to reduction in rank to paygrade E-3, a fine of $ 3,000 and confinement for 150 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Navy Region Hawaii<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25a0 At a special court-martial in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, MA2 Harry C. Smith was tried for abusive sexual contacts and sexual harassment. On July 30, the panel of members returned a verdict of guilty of sexual harassment and sentenced him to a reprimand and hard labor without confinement for one month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Navy Region Japan<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25a0 At a general court-martial in Yokosuka, Japan, an E-7 was tried for abusive sexual contact. On July 24, the panel of members returned a verdict of not guilty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
