John Michael Neuhart II, 40, the former commanding officer of the Guam-based Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 25, is facing charges of assault with intent to commit rape, burglary and resisting arrest, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stripes.com\/news\/us\/navy-officer-testifies-denies-intending-to-rape-junior-officer-1.501190#.Wik8G1j06lI.twitter\" title=\"\" class=\"\"> <\/a>the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sandiegouniontribune.com\/news\/courts\/sd-me-neuhart-testimony-20171206-story.html\" title=\"\" class=\"selected-link\">San Diego Union-Tribute reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under questioning from a prosecutor, Neuhart testified that it wasn\u2019t until the victim yelled \u201cstop!\u201d and \u201cget off!\u201d that he understood her intent, according to the report. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSo there was no \u2018opposite-world\u2019 meaning to those words?\u201d Deputy District Attorney Jennifer Tag asked him in court, according to the report.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI believed it was all consensual between us.
