Logan Melgar in Mali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marine Staff Sgt. Kevin Maxwell Jr. and SEAL Adam Matthews pleaded guilty to lesser charges and were sentenced to prison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Matthews testified in May that Melgar\u2019s death
