These two guys make fantastic use of the terrain in what looks like urban United Kingdom. Half of this parkour duo freeruns themselves into a hard spot by the end of the video. It’s a cautionary tale for you daredevils, and there is some mild profanity in the last seconds of the video as one of the parkour-ers realizes his predicament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’ve heard that some high-end units here in the US have been using parkour as a training tool. It makes sense since the sport is all about agility, total conservation of movement and reading terrain. We are curious if parkour is catching on.
