Frommer’s is hosting a “6 for 60” contest to give away six travel experiences for military families, to include veterans families, to celebrate the travel guide’s 60th anniversary.
Anyone can nominate a military family between May 23 and June 4 on Frommer’s website by writing about the accomplishments of your family — or the family you’re nominating — and what winning one of the six trips would mean to them.
“Arthur Frommer’s first travel guide was written for his fellow GIs stationed in postwar Europe,” Frommer’s says on its website. “Sixty years later, Frommer’s is the most trusted name in travel, with guides to destinations across the planet. To celebrate our anniversary, we’ve partnered with HomeAway, the world leader in vacation rentals, to create six incredible travel experiences.
