Raytheon has teamed up with a Polish firm to develop sensors for soldiers.
Raytheon’s partner is PCO S.A., a Polish manufacturer of optical and laser devices. The companies will collaborate on intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance,ISR and targeting systems, including electro-optical/infrared sensors, as well as develop an enhanced night vision goggle, according to a Raytheon news release.
“Raytheon and PCO are well-positioned to develop advanced night vision for both the Polish armed forces and global requirements,” said Duane Gooden, vice president of Raytheon’s land warfare systems division.
