Intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance provider Momentum Aviation Group (MAG) has acquired unmanned aircraft systemsISR firm BOSH Global Services.
MAG supports manned and unmanned ISR operations around the world, including Africa, Asia, South America as well as United Nations projects. Privately held BOSH has created UAV training programs for the U.S. Air Force Academy, operated U.S. Air Force UAV Squadron Operations Centers, and provided communications architecture for U.S. special operations forces.
The two companies will integrate their C4ISR operations, according to a MAG news release. MAG will deploy BOSH’s SuperSwiper UAV to Europe “as part of a C4ISR contract for an intergovernmental organization,” Momentum said.
