Data Computer Corporation of America has been awarded a $79.9 million Air Force contract to upgrade communications for the Western Range Modernization program.
Under the contract, DDCA “will provide upgrades to the mission communications core at the Western Range from asynchronous transfer mode to internet protocol v6 (IPv6),” according to the Department of Defense contract announcement.
The contract was awarded by the Range and Network Division of the Space and Missile Systems Center.
The work is scheduled to be completed by April 2021.
