Winston A. Beauchamp, deputy undersecretary of the Air Force for Space, and director of the Principal Defense Department Space Advisor Staff at the Pentagon, will deliver the keynote address at Assured Communications 2016, a C4ISR & Networks breakfast event to be held April 27.
Beauchamp is responsible for integrating and overseeing all DoD space capabilities and activities, coordinating with the intelligence community, and providing support to the Secretary of Defense on space portfolio decisions, according to his Air Force bio.
