Raytheon has opened a cybersecurity center in Augusta, Georgia.
The center will support the Department of Defense, and in particular the Army’s Cyber Command as it relocates to Fort Gordon, according to a Raytheon news release.
“Building our presence in Augusta allows us to strengthen our partnership with the Army’s new Cyber Center of Excellence at Fort Gordon,” said Dave Wajsgras, president of Raytheon’s Intelligence, Information and Services division.
Raytheon has 24 cyber facilities supporting customers in 80 countries.
