HP Enterprise Service will help the United Kingdom’s Ministry of Defence develop a geospatial program, according to an article at ukauthority.com.
Under a contract worth about $13 million in U.S. dollars, the company and software specialist Envitia will collaborate to deliver the first phase of the Defence Geospatial Services (DGS) program.
Users will be able to use the system from any terminal within the Defence Information Infrastructure, according to the report.
