The General Services Administration announced an open season for the 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS) II GWAC, allowing for new contractors to join the vehicle for the remainder of its life.
Open season for the small business GWAC is in the pre-solicitation stage, with the full RFP expected to be released by May 18.

GSA plans to hold a teleconference on the RFP around May 27, with an exact date and time to be released with the RFP.
STARS II is set to expire on Aug. 30, 2016, with an optional add-on that would extend the GWAC through August 2021. Any new contractors being on-ramped would likely start at the beginning of the add-on period, though GSA reserves the right to launch those contracts later.
