Student Veterans of America is looking for 100 words from 100 student veterans to win 100 hours of leadership training next month.
The all-expenses-paid training for the 100 winners will take place at the George W. Bush Presidential Center in Dallas Oct. 19-22. The group will select attendees from a pool of applicants, who are asked to detail their leadership in their classroom, campus or community in 100 words or fewer.
The training sessions will focus on two areas: knowing yourself and “results first, people always,” according to SVA. Attendees will learn more about personal branding in leadership and their responsibility to help their teammates be at their best.
The application deadline for the training is Friday, Sept. 29.
