Tension is high between the U.S. and Russia as both countries attempt to settle the issue regarding the hacking of the U.S. presidential election. On Sunday, the U.S. military promised to increase the complexity and scope of its European training in order to deter Russian aggression. Air Force Lt. Gen. Tim Ray said, "We will also increase the scope and complexity of many exercises in our portfolio focusing on joint interoperability, missile defense and crisis response operations."
