The Department of Homeland SecurityDHS has awarded Lockheed Martin cybersecurity certification.
Lockheed is now a commercial service provider (CSP) under DHS’s Enhanced Cybersecurity Services (ECS) program, according to a company announcement. “The accreditation allows DHS to share sensitive and classified cybersecurity threat information with Lockheed Martin to support its efforts in defending public and private entities against cyberattacks. The Lockheed Martin ECS system will quarantine compromised e-mail and block malicious DNS requests based on DHS-supplied cyber threat intelligence.”
ECS will also be included within Lockheed’s Enhanced Threat Protection system.
