Leidos has won a $49 million Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) electronic warfare contract, calling on the company to research, develop and test a variety of warning and countermeasures systems.
The six-year, award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract is for AFRL’s Sensors Directorate. The systems Leidos will develop include “infrared countermeasure response and integrated threat warning including missile warning, laser warning, and hostile fire indication,” said a company news release.
