Two companies will aid the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency improve wide-area networks, under contracts connected to DARPA’s Edge-Directed Cyber Technologies for Reliable Mission program.
The work comes through contracts awarded to BBN Technologies — a Raytheon subsidiary — and Vencore subsidiary Applied Communication Sciences. According to Govconwire, BBN’s contract is worth $12.2 million and ACS’s is worth $11.8 million.
