General Dynamics Information Technology has been awarded a contract, with a maximum value of $450 million, to provide communications support to United States Air Forces Central Command (USAFCENT) operations in Southwest Asia.
The indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract includes “communications systems acquisition, integration, installation, operations and maintenance in support of deployed mission requirements,” according to the Department of Defense contract announcement. The contract includes one base year and four one-year options.
