The U.S. Air Force Academy is looking for a contractor to run its UAV program.
The sources-sought notice calls for a contractor to provide flight instruction for small UAVs, primarily the RQ-11 Raven made by AeroVironment.

Cadets will learn concepts such as “kill chain execution,” persistent ISR, target identification, moving target acquisition, rules of engagement, crew resource management, and mission planning. The program is designed to provide a “student-focused, highly motivational leadership development program with orientation to a broad spectrum of airborne systems involved in ISR and ground support roles.”
